I am not sure exactly if it starts with like 110 but i know it starts with 1 something. Most social security numbers i am aware of start with like 5's or 6's or what not. Does this have any significant meaning as in the person is from out of the country or did something illegal or recently obtained a number? Thank youWhat do social security numbers starting with 1 mean?
Social Security numbers that start with ';1'; indicate that the recipient of the card is from another planet -- we know not which.
:)What do social security numbers starting with 1 mean?
The first three digits of the SS# are based on location of the awarding social security office and/or mailing address of the applicant.
The lowest numbers are from the northeast, the highest from the west coast.
If you think most numbers start with 110 and a few start with 5 or 6, it just means you're probably from New York and know a couple people from Texas. Mine starts with a two because I was born in the mid-Atlantic.
The first couple of digits of a SSN usually means the state where it was assigned and year. It does not mean where you were born because I was born in Jamaica and we do not have socials in Jamaica. I got mine when I arrived in the U.S.
Hmmm, good question. My SSN starts with 1, I have never done anything illegal and im from Pennsylvania.... I suppose the govt just issues random numbers to people and when someone dies the next baby gets it... I dont know for sure, just putting it out there
You're a clown. Mine starts with a 1 and I got my social security number when I was born. I'm pretty sure I didn't do anything wrong before then (unless I'm christian in which case I was born with sin and need to be baptised)
It just denotes the state of residence at the time of issuance. I received mine many years ago in NY and mine begins w/ a 0. I live in Texas now and they start w/ 4's here.
The first 3 numbers of you social denote your place of birth or earned citizenship.
It means ';You're number one...!'; LOL Sorry... Couldn't resist...! =)
that you are from somewhere in the northeast.
