What are the odds of guessing a (randomly generated) sequence of four numbers out of the sequence 0-9?

The question says it as clearly as I can think of trying to explain it. Same principle as the lottery odds (eg 1 in X million) but with four numbers out of a possible 10 (0-9). I suppose it is based on the possible permutations of four number sequences. What are the odds of guessing a (randomly generated) sequence of four numbers out of the sequence 0-9?
there are 10,000 ways to arrange the ten digits in a four digit sequence, in order they are 0000, 0001, 0002, 0003, ... all the way up to 9999. In other words its just like zero and the first 9999 numbers so if the digits are equally likely, then the probability is 1/10,000
