How do I clean the embedded numbers on my credit/debit card?

The digits on mine seem to have some sort of colour coating. They're always in my wallet so it's also possible that the colours have faded. Is there some way I can polish it or get back the silver colour?

It's not that important. I just like that shiny look. lol

Thanks!How do I clean the embedded numbers on my credit/debit card?
why do you care? as long as the magnetic strip is intact, it is usable. the numbers are bumped out like braille because it can be readable after colors have faded. get a new card if you like shiny things, Gollum (LOL!)

~~~~~~~~~~if they are just faded, theres nothing you can do.How do I clean the embedded numbers on my credit/debit card?
Ok if it ain't the little metalic strip thing and it just appears to have something on top of it and hasn't appeared to have worn off go out to sears or lowes or walmart and get a hand cleaner called goop you can also get carborator cleaner but that'll take anything off including skin. but they make a hand cleaner called goop that will do just fine at taking it off. put some on your finger and rub the card with your finger for a while and it should come off. and if you insist take the carb cleaner to it...MAKE SURE YOU USE A RAG. if you have any cuts on your fingers it burns like a mother ******. good luck.
Put it in the washing machine
