In Excel How do i get it to put a list of numbers from smallest to biggest?

Also then how do I do a scatter graph to show the relationship between one thing (Altitude in this Case) and Rainfall?In Excel How do i get it to put a list of numbers from smallest to biggest?
All you do is click the column where your data is in and click tools%26gt;sort.





As for the scatter graph highlight the data you want to be included in your scatter graph and click insert%26gt;chart from there you can change it to whatever graph you want use the wizard. =)

Select your data.


Go to ';data'; tab.


Click ';Sort..'; button.





For the graph:


Position yourself on your table containing the data.


Go to ';insert'; tab. Select ';scatter'; type for your graph.


That's it
Select ONE CELL in the column that you want to sort it by.





Then press the A-Z or Z-A button in the toolbar.





Otherwise go into the data menu and choose 'Sort'





Don't know about the scatter graph.
