How to transfer phone numbers from phone to sim card?

i have a motorola razr. my grandmother recently got a new sony ericson phone. she doesnt understand how to work it so she's trading with me. she's a bit slow. lol. anyways i dont feel like re-entering all my numbers and i know you can place your numbers on the sim card for an easier transfer, but how do you do it. i know i can do it one by one but that is ALOT of phone numbers. so is there anyway i can do it all at once?How to transfer phone numbers from phone to sim card?
go to contacts or phone book..


see the copy option there...


make copy from phone to sim..


and click all at once..

try your contacts menu and see if it says edit numbers if it does then save them to the phone if that doesnt work you may have to enter them and then save them to the phone
