How do I block numbers on a Kyocera Marbl?

There is a number that keeps calling on my cell several times a day and I miss those calls on purpose because I have no idea of who it is calling. The only thing that I know about the number is that it has a Flordia area code. I am wondering what is the procedure is to block a number on a Kyocera Marbl. I tried looking for the block feature on the cell, but I could not find it. Can anyone help me out on it?How do I block numbers on a Kyocera Marbl?
Some phones have an option called a rejection list. It would be under call settings if you have this option. You would simply add the number to the rejection list and the call wouldn't go through. Actually the caller just goes straight to voice mail.

If you do not have the rejection list, then assign a silent ringtone to the person. That way the person calls, you won't hear them calling. You can just ignore the call.

You also change your number if you wish to go that far. You also tell the person that every call is now being foward to the police. That should hopefully scare them and then they would stop!
