My son has a Holton Cornet that we found in a pawn shop and we was wanting to find the serial numbers on it. So we can try to find the history on it.Where can you find the serial numbers on a Cornet trumpet?

Usually, the serial number on cornets or trumpets can be found on one of the valves and if not there... right at the edge of the lead pipe... the one that receives the mouthpiece. If you simply cannot find it, there is a possibility that it could have been removed.
