How do you copy just the numbers in excel without copying the formula.?

I have a spreadsheet that lists salaries. one column is weekly amt. and another is hourly. The third column multiplies 52 x the weekly. Now I need to submit the annual only. How can I just copy the numbers. When I tried to copy only to another spreadsheet, it didn't work b/c the formula that was dependent on the weekly figures from another spreadsheet and I don't want those on the spreadsheet because my supervisor only wants annual $$$.How do you copy just the numbers in excel without copying the formula.?
Highlight your data and click Copy: If you have Excel 2007, in the home tab there is a button ';Paste';. Click it to get the drop down menu and click on ';Paste Special...';. This will bring up a screen. Click ';Values'; and click ';OK';, this should solve your problem. How do you copy just the numbers in excel without copying the formula.?
I actually know how to do this! Now if I can only remember without having to open up Excel...

Highlight the area you want to remove the formulas from. Click ';Copy';. Now click ';Paste.'; This creates a small icon, usually in the bottom right hand corner of the area you've highlighted. This is a drag-open menu, which once you open it, you can see an option for ';Values Only.'; Select this, and you've copied over the values and removed the formulas. I hope I got this right....
You copy what's there. You can paste only the numbers. Edit/Paste Special/Values.
