ok, i have a phone number of a friend in america but because their number is (***) ***-**** and ours is just *********** how would i enter the american one into my phone?? plz help!How do i call american Phone numbers with an english phone?
you just enter it all as one number but if your calling form the UK you'll need to use the international dialing code for the US which is +1. Enter the + if your phone can if not dial 001 then the number ignoring and ( ) or - How do i call american Phone numbers with an english phone?
Just add that number in your contact if it is like long distance. that is just the area code in () marks to separated it.
Just enter it as the person told you. you don't need to dial in the () or the -. Just the numbers. Make sure you put a 1 before (***) though. :]
